2003 China first manned space mission covers. Group of 7 different items. Includes three mission themed cacheted covers dated Oct 10 2003 bearing special cancels, each produced in limited numbers of 3000, 1040 and 400, respectively. Scarce trio. Also includes canceled card honoring flight and three Oct 16 2003 first day covers for souvenir sheets issued by PRC honoring China's first manned space mission with Yang Liwei aboard. We don't recall seeing the limited quantity covers before.

c.1970s "W.E.T.-F." warm-up jacket. Striking red & white acrylic, zippered, unsized warm-up jacket made by Dolfin Corp and used at JSC Water Emersion Test Facility (WET-F) to take chill off after submerged training or filming in large pool used to simulate weightlessness. Large "J.S.C." stitched onto jacket back. Only about 15 were made for use of astronauts and WET-F personnel. Excellent condition. Includes signed/typed consignor's COA.

Includes 20 books that feature 2006 Viennafel Austrian Rocket Mail auction, Apollo Robbins Medallion cat (x2), Apollo 13 mission report with CD ROM, Author signed McMahan's Philatelic History of the Conquest of Space, Encyclopedia of Science Fiction Movies, The Romance of Ballooning, Japanese Space Camera book, 1960-2000 Cosmonauat book in Russian and more. In addition there are more than 70 items that include Apollo Historic Plaza signed & numbered artist's print, Fisher Apollo 11 space pen, NASA mission transparancies (x10), CD of jpeg image from 2003 Apollo I memorial, Buzz Aldrin signed LA Times front pages for first Moonwalk & Splashdown and Apollo 11 USS Hornet recovery ship cover, 1969 letter with Deke Slayton's signature as sign off for letter content and much more.

Includes Apollo 11 commemorative stamp collection consisting of more than 200 stamps, souvenir sheets, covers and more housed in White Ace Moonlanding album (some soiling and aging, stamps and souvenir sheets not affected); assortment of original KSC-NASA-CCAFS police officer items; group of 100 Apollo 11 covers from 1969; four different vintage space auto license plates, mostly souvenirs from KSC-NASA, from Apollo to Shuttle era; and lastly, 10 oversized (most 7½" diameter) space patches with most bearing Mercury, Gemini, Apollo or Shuttle/ISS program logos.

Consists of three framed and signed photos (16"x13½" overall size) that include Mercury Aurora 7 signed by Scott Carpenter, X-15 signed by Robert M White and Apollo 16 signed by Charlie Duke. In addition there is framed to 22"x18" an 1866 military commission hand signed by Edwin Stanton & handstamp signature of Andrew Johnson and lastly, display box featuring Titanic memorabilia that include two items signed by last survivor, Millvina Dean, and Chicaago Daily Tribune April 16 1912 edition on the Titanic sinking.

Full signed crew depictions include STS-7, STS-8, STS-32 (x2), STS-41C and STS-41D (Resnik). Single signed John Young Apollo 16 8"x10" color litho plus several that bear either single or as crew member signatures of astronaut George "Pinky" Nelson. Some mixed condition.

USA material includes photocopy of mission evaluation room personal signed Apollo 11 flight plan; mission medallions that contain FLOWN material with Apollo 8, ALT, ASTP & Skylab; small piece of reinforced carbon FLOWN on first three Shuttle missions; autographs; patches; presentation certificates; pamplets; documents; access badges; literature with Apollo 11 mission report and more. Russian material is mostly cloth space themed hanging calendars.
